Our consultants will manage the process from discussing the Assignment Brief, through the identification of prospects, initial approach and onto the Kramer Westfield interview process. Working to an agreed project plan, we will keep you informed of progress with weekly reports and present a shortlist of candidates that fit the criteria for the role on an agreed date. We will then manage the client interview process and candidate expectations so that a successful conclusion is reached.

We don’t forget that managing the unsuccessful candidates is as important as the successful one. All candidates should feel that they have had a chance to represent themselves and the feedback they get should be constructive and helpful.
