Occasionally clients ask us to manage large recruitment campaigns and to act as an additional support to their human resources department during a busy period.

Often this will involve working with the client’s other existing recruitment partners to ensure that an effective process is put in place to take candidates from a variety of sources, qualify their fit for the role and get them in front of the hiring manager as quickly as possible.

As a Managed Service provider, as opposed to a Recruitment Process Outsourcer, Kramer Westfield treats candidates from all sources equally whether they are generated from our own database or another agency's contacts. This ensures the right candidates are speedily put through the recruitment process and not just our own candidates, so the client gets the best service available.
