Increasingly clients ask us to use our database of contacts within the industry, and ability to target selected groups of job seekers, to fill roles on a contingency, non-retained basis. This approach has the advantage of being quick and “risk free” for the client but will only be effective in appealing to active job seekers.

However, we still maintain the high Kramer Westfield standards of recruitment. We will take a job briefing in person and even though the client has not retained our services we will still interview face to face all candidates prior to any client interview to check that the person is as they appear on their CV and meets the client’s criteria for the role.
